Please complete your return between 1-7 days after you’ve received your package. Please contact us regarding your return, we will review your case and will respond within 48 hours on the return/exchange process. If 7 days or more have gone by, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. DO NOT send any packages without approval. (These packages will not be accepted and not considered our responsibility.)

New items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed.

Vintage clothing cannot be deemed as 'faulty'. With some clothing being very delicate given its age. Appropriate care must be taken with these items. Please take this into consideration when purchasing vintage items. We will always try to be transparent with the condition of these pre-loved items.

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
